Withdrawal of Consent

I de tilfellene der den juridiske grunnlaget for behandling av personopplysningene til våre brukere har vært samtykke, kan samtykket trekkes tilbake når som helst og på en enkel måte. Storage Period

Here we will indicate for how long it is the intention of HOTEL LA LAGUNA to store the personal data of the users of our online services.

There is no uniform storage period, because the treatments and purposes are different and varied. In any case, the entity will always follow the following rules:

  • For contractual data: the time limit, in this case, is set by the applicable law on the matter. Generally, the entity will keep the user's data until the eventual prescription of contractual liability actions (generally, ten years);
  • For contact data: the limit will be 10 years, counted from the last interaction between the user and the entity. Example: if the user requests information on the services and products of the entity and subscribes to the newsletter, the entity will store the data until the user requests to unsubscribe from the newsletter, blocking the data to be destroyed after the aforementioned period has elapsed, for contractual liability;

Automated Decisions

“Automated Decisions” means those decisions taken by the Data Controller, without human intervention and based on personal data provided by the user, either manually (for example, by filling in a form) or through the study of the user’s browsing habits.

HOTEL LA LAGUNA informs that it does not take any automated decision, through the analysis of its users’ navigation habits, be it of the Website or of social network profiles.

Recipients of the Information

HOTEL LA LAGUNA in no case transfers the data of the users of the Website and their social network profiles to any company. The entity may count, from time to time, on external collaborators, these relationships always being protected through a Processing Assignment contract.

Right of access:

The user can ask the entity to know what information it has, both in reference to its online relationship and, eventually, its offline relationship. In any case, the entity shall request proof of the applicant’s identity, depending on the importance of the data to which access is required. More specifically, the user has the right to know:

Ratification right

Right to deletion

In this case, the interested party may exercise the so-called “Right to be Forgotten”. Once the legally established periods for the conservation of the different data held by the interested party have expired, the entity will proceed to their definitive elimination. In any case, as long as the aforementioned periods do not expire, the data object of this request will be blocked and not used in any way beyond their mere preservation.

Right to restriction of processing

The interested party may request that the processing of their data be limited in the following cases:

  • When the processing is unlawful;
  • When the entity no longer needs the data for the fulfillment of the purposes for which, at the time, the data were collected;
