Botánico Restaurant

The cuisine at Botánico Restaurant is based on the best of Mediterranean gastronomy with an international twist. An excellent combination of traditional Spanish and contemporary cuisines.

Enjoy a careful selection of rice, fish from the bay, meats and locally sourced vegetables.

We also have an excellent wine cellar with national and international designations of origin.

Opening hours

  • Breakfast: 8 am to 10.30 am
  • Lunch: 1 pm to 3.30 pm
  • Dinner: 7 pm to 10:30 pm

Bistró

La Laguna

Spacious and bright, surrounded by gardens, Bistró is the perfect place to enjoy everything from a special cocktail or fruit and vegetable smoothie to a casual lunch or dinner.

From the interior you can enjoy views of our saltwater pool and live music. We even have a stunning grand piano.

The terrace is a relaxed space with a Mediterranean feel, surrounded by hanging flowers, natural grass, towering palm trees and an ancient olive tree.

Opening hours

  • Sunday to Thursday: 10 am to midnight
  • Friday and Saturday: 10 am to 1 am
  • Our opening hours are extended during the summer.

Pool bar

At our pool bar you can enjoy delicious cocktails, refreshing drinks or a smooth martini. We also offer snacks, tapas, healthy food and sandwiches. Everything is served directly to your sunlounger.
