Spa Rules

GENERAL REGULATIONS

1. Maintain silence: in order to create a calm, relaxed and harmonious atmosphere, please keep quiet throughout the facility.

2. Lockers: lockers are available in the changing rooms for you to store your belongings while you enjoy the SPA in peace and quiet.

3. Lost property: the SPA is not responsible for the loss of any property within its facilities. We recommend you take proper care of your personal belongings.

4. Sale of drinks: ask for our drinks menu at reception. Entry to the SPA with drinks or food from outside is not permitted.

5. Privacy and tranquillity: out of respect for privacy and in order to maintain a calm, relaxed atmosphere, please do not use your mobile phones, cameras, camcorders or radios within the SPA facilities.

6. Substance restrictions: in order to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers, access to the SPA is not permitted under the influence of alcohol, medication, stimulants, narcotics or tranquillisers.

7. Pets: pets are not allowed in the SPA or the hotel.

8. Inappropriate use of the facilities: any inappropriate or malicious use of the SPA facilities will result in immediate expulsion and the prohibition of future visits.

WATER CIRCUIT ‘PATH OF THE SENSES’

1. Clothing: a full bathing suit, flip-flops and cap are compulsory in the water circuit.

2. Hygiene in the relaxation areas: the use of a towel or bathrobe is required on the loungers and armchairs in the relaxation area. In the saunas, a towel should be placed between the bench and the skin to protect from heat and absorb perspiration.

3. Pre-showering: for health reasons, a shower should be taken before using the sauna area and/or the jacuzzi.

4. Injury prevention: jumping, diving, running or other similar activities are prohibited in the entire SPA area.

5. Maintenance of water cleanliness: contaminating the SPA water in any way is strictly forbidden.

6. Restrictions on the consumption of food and drink: no eating or drinking is allowed in the water or in the saunas. For your safety, no bottles, glasses or other glass objects may be brought in.

7. Beware of metal objects: we recommended you do not wear jewellery or metal objects that may cause skin damage due to heat.

8. Restrictions due to health conditions: for your own safety, you are not allowed to enter ‘Path of the Senses’ (Water Circuit) if you suffer from diarrhoea, vomiting or incontinence. Persons with venous insufficiency, cardiovascular diseases or problems, renal insufficiency, epilepsy are not allowed to use the SPA services without prior consent of their doctor. Neither are children. People with injuries, bandages or infectious diseases that could put the health of other users at risk are not allowed to use the SPA.

9. Restriction for pregnant women: due to the high temperatures in the saunas and the jets in the salt water jacuzzi, the use of ‘Path of the Senses’ is not recommended for pregnant women.

10. Access for children: children over 12 years of age are allowed, provided they are accompanied by an adult.

11. User responsibility: all persons using the ‘Path of the Senses’ do so under their own responsibility and are obliged to follow the regulations established by the SPA at all times. If behaviour contrary to these rules is detected, the SPA reserves the right to deny the use of the ‘Path of the Senses’.
