140.8kWp PHOTOVOLTAIC SOLAR POWER INSTALLATION FOR HOTEL SELF CONSUMPTION
Project description: Extension of the solar photovoltaic installation on the parking canopy of the Hotel La Laguna Spa & Golf through the installation of 256 photovoltaic modules of 550Wp and 6 Fronius inverters of 20 kW, providing an additional power of 140.80kWp to the previous installation of 49.5kW on the roof of the hotel.
Objectives:
Implementation of self-consumption installation, with renewable energy sources, in other productive sectors of the economy, without storage.
Reduction of CO2 emitted into the atmosphere.
Self-consumption of the electricity generated as a method of economic return on the investment made.
Results and amount received: The installation is in operation generating energy for the Hotel’s self-consumption, achieving its objectives. The aid programme for the implementation of incentives linked to self-consumption with renewable energy sources, within the framework of the European Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, has financed a capital of 61,550.71€.
